Calculating power requirements of a PC to buy a suitable power supply-help?

I need to calculate the power requirement of the components of a PC I am about to build, so that I would buy the apropriate power supply. I searched for online calculatros, but the ones I found did not contain up to date components. Can you please suggest a site where an up todate power supply calculator couild be found, or , if you can, calculate the power requirements for such components for me?

-CPU Core 2 Duo 2.3 GHZ bus 1333 4MB cash.

-MotherBoard Gegabyte P35 .

- 2 Sata Drives 500 GB each.

- Nvidia 8500 512 DDR2 Ram Graphics Card.

- Pixel View TV Card.

- 3 GB DDR2 Ram Bus 800 (3 Sticks).

- DVD RW Drive 18X

- Cpu Fan , 2 Other Fans

How much power would those components need? and if possible, how much do 'each' pf them need? Thanks a lot.
